- 1.4 Seller details: name and phone number
2. Supporting documents
- 2.1 Power of attorney
- 2.2 Power of attorney for the title deed (Tor.Dor. 21)

4. Land purchase process
N.C. Housing Public Company Limited will set the conditions and timeframe for each land purchase. Land sellers are therefore kindly requested to cooperate and follow each step carefully.
Land Purchase Procedure
1. Submit the land information and documents requested by the company
2. The company reviews the documents. If they are complete and the company is interested, we will contact the seller
3. The seller arranges a site visit so the land can be checked against legal requirements
4. The company appraises the land offered by the seller
5. If the company is interested and requires further details, we will arrange a meeting with the landowner to negotiate and finalise the terms of sale
